7 Ways to Dress up the School Uniform

Seek to get a patterned one if you can. Ensure that the width of the ribbon matches the width of the collar or placket for a cosy finish. Whether you pop the collar or wear it normally, it’s guaranteed to be in the limelight.

3. Wear Pins and Brooches

This one doesn’t require any special skills in any way. Unless there’s a mandatory, you can wear your school pins as well as quirky ones on your top or even your bag. If they’re not too obvious, these accessories can fit in without a glitch.

4. Be Creative with your Belts

Unless you’re required to use a certain type of belt with your shorts or pants, you can use scarves, rope (the kind used for crafts), or even a pretty tie-sash with your dress.

5. Exercise your Right to Shoes

If you’re stuck with plain old sneakers, do some DIY decorating replacing your shoe laces with colorful one, funky ones will surely put a spring in your step. An alternative option is to choose colorful socks to go with your school uniform.

6. It’s in the Bag

Bags are the easiest way to jazz up a uniform. Take into consideration how much stuff you need to carry on a daily basis, you can go for the tried-and-tested backpack.
